Guided by highly trained and experienced facilitators, you'll embark on a journey of inner exploration, gaining insights, and perspectives that can enhance your personal growth and healing. Our retreat takes place in a luxury villa in nature nestled in a rainforest on the west coast of Costa Rica where you will have your own private room and ensuite. You will have 2 sessions with psilocybin truffles (stepped dose), complemented by a range of activities (eg. yoga, meditation, breathwork, time in nature) designed to maximise your experience. Our retreat will be intimate (3-6 guests) with 2 facilitators who will support you on your journey. We include a 1:1 consultation with a Psychotherapist and group call with the therapist and facilitators before and after the retreat so that you can fully prepare for the experience and also integrate your insights and learnings into your daily life​ after the retreat.
