Guided by highly trained and experienced facilitators, you'll embark on a journey of inner exploration, gaining insights, and perspectives that can enhance your personal growth and healing. Our retreat takes place in a beautiful venue nestled in a national park woodland 45 mins outside Amsterdam where you will have your own private room. You will have 1 session with psilocybin truffles (medium​ to high dose), complemented by a range of activities (eg. yoga, meditation, breathwork, time in nature, sauna) designed to maximise your experience. Our retreat will be intimate (12-13 guests) with 3-4 facilitators who will support you on your journey. We include a 1:1 consultation with a Psychotherapist and ​a Group ​Call, before and after the retreat so that you can fully prepare for the experience and also integrate your insights and learnings into your daily life​ after the retreat.
